1. Overview of Lodgei.com

Lodgei.com ("Lodgei," "we," "us," or "our") operates an online accommodation marketplace where users can browse hotels, compare prices, and book stays that are ultimately fulfilled by independent travel suppliers. We do not own or manage the properties listed on our platform and act solely as an intermediary between you and the travel provider.

2. Who May Use the Platform

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By accessing or using our website, you confirm that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

3. Creating an Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify us promptly.

4. How Bookings Work

When you submit a booking request, our system checks availability and pricing with our partnered suppliers. Your reservation is only confirmed once we issue an official booking confirmation. If the requested room or rate is unavailable and the booking cannot be fulfilled, any payment captured for that booking will be refunded.

5. Pricing and Additional Charges

Rates displayed on our platform may include taxes, service charges, and supplier-imposed fees. The final amount payable will be shown at checkout before you complete your booking. Prices are subject to change based on availability, market conditions, promotions, and currency fluctuations.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other authorized payment processors. By confirming your booking, you authorize Lodgei.com Hotels to charge your selected payment method for the full booking amount. Reservations without successful payment may be automatically canceled and will not be guaranteed.

7. Cancellations & Refund Policy

7.1 Refundable Stays

If your booking is designated as refundable, you must cancel before the specified deadline displayed during booking or in your confirmation details. Refunds will be processed after cancellation, and the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary by bank (typically 5–15 business days).

7.2 Non-Refundable Stays

Bookings marked as non-refundable cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances, including no-shows or changes in travel plans.

7.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date and do not contact the property or cancel within the allowed timeframe (if applicable), the hotel may charge up to the full cost of your stay. Specific no-show rules are determined by each property's policy.

7.4 Changes by the Hotel or Supplier

In rare cases, a hotel or supplier may be unable to honor your booking due to overbooking, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, we will work with the supplier to assist with rebooking a comparable stay or arranging a refund.

8. User Conduct

By using the Lodgei.com platform, you agree not to: (a) submit fraudulent or misleading bookings; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website; or (d) use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Property descriptions, photos, amenities, pricing, and availability are provided to us by third-party travel partners and hotel suppliers. While we strive to display accurate information, we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy and are not responsible for the condition of any property or the quality of services provided by third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lodgei.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that specific booking.

11. Data & Privacy

By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment details are handled exclusively through Stripe or other secure payment providers and are not stored by us in plain form.

12. Fraud Screening

We employ fraud prevention tools and systems, including Stripe Radar and similar services. If a transaction appears suspicious or high-risk, we may delay, review, or decline the booking and request additional documentation to verify your identity or payment method.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Lodgei.com platform, including branding, graphics, logos, text, design, and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to Lodgei.com and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where applicable law requires a different form of dispute resolution.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
