1. How do I make a hotel booking?

Use our search bar to enter your destination and dates, browse available hotels, select a room, and complete your payment at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after the booking is successfully processed.

2. When will I receive my booking confirmation?

Confirmation emails are sent instantly after successful payment. If you don’t receive one within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.

3. Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Each hotel has its own cancellation and modification rules. These terms are displayed before you complete your booking. Refundable reservations may be canceled within the allowed window, while non-refundable bookings cannot be changed or refunded.

4. When will I receive my refund if I cancel?

Once your cancellation is approved, the refund is automatically sent back to your original payment method. Banks typically process refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on the issuer.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), supported digital wallets, and selected regional payment options. Crypto payments through BitPay are also available where supported.

7. Why did the price change during checkout?

Hotel pricing is dynamic and influenced by real-time availability and demand. If a price changes, it reflects updated rates received from our travel supplier partners.

8. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Lodgei.com uses secure, encrypted connections and processes payments through PCI-DSS–compliant providers such as Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our servers.

9. What if I entered the wrong email during booking?

Please contact our support team as soon as possible and provide proof of payment. We will correct your email and resend your booking confirmation.

10. Does Lodgei.com charge service fees?

No. We do not add extra service fees to your booking. The amount you see at checkout is the final price you will pay.
