Refund & Cancellation Policy
Lodgei.com facilitates hotel reservations and manages payments on behalf of guests. Cancellation and refund eligibility are based on the cancellation policy of the selected hotel and rate, which is clearly displayed before booking confirmation.
By completing a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Free Cancellation bookings: If your booking is marked as Free Cancellation and you cancel before the stated cancellation deadline, your reservation will be canceled and the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Bookings with cancellation charges: If the hotel applies a cancellation charge (including cancellations made after the free-cancellation deadline), no refund will be issued, even if the booking is successfully canceled.
- Non-refundable bookings: Bookings marked as Non-Refundable are not eligible for refunds once confirmed, except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation outcomes are applied automatically based on the booking’s cancellation terms at the time of cancellation.
2. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Processing times may vary and are outside Lodgei.com’s control.
3. Booking Modifications
Requests to change or modify an existing booking are subject to hotel availability and the rules of the selected rate. Some bookings may not allow modifications under any circumstances.
4. How to Cancel a Booking
Eligible bookings may be canceled through your Lodgei.com account under My Bookings. If online cancellation is unavailable or you need assistance, please contact our support team.
