Lodgei.com partners with third-party travel suppliers to process and fulfill bookings. Refunds, cancellations, and modifications are governed by each supplier's or hotel's individual policy, which is displayed before completing your booking. By finalizing a reservation, you agree to the specific terms associated with that room or rate.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available only for reservations labeled as "Free Cancellation" or refundable.
- Bookings marked non-refundable cannot be canceled or refunded unless required by applicable law.
- Once the displayed cancellation deadline has passed, the hotel or supplier may charge up to the full amount of the reservation.
2. Refund Processing Time
When a refund is approved, processing typically takes 3–10 business days. The exact time frame depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
3. Booking Modifications
Requests to change or modify an existing booking are subject to hotel availability, rate rules, and supplier approval. Some bookings may not allow modifications at all.
